        I had a reservation for a Minivan, when I went with my wife to pick it up, they told me we don't have a car for you, and we left you a message yesterday. They had a Minivan sitting outside, I asked them, can I rent it, they say. I cant because they have reservations on it. I told them I also had a reservation. Very very disappointed, from his attitude and my experience with them. I have rented from there before, but this will be my last time. It was spring break and we were planning on a road trip with the kids for a week. They are devastated and we don't have another car. Enterprise is a huge corporation, and they don't care if they have a car or not for you, if they lose you as a customer or not. They have so much business, and to them if I don't ever rent from them ever again, it is not a big deal. But this disappointment and experience I had today, I will remember for a long time.
