        Poor costomer service over the phone. Very impatient and dismissive, possibly made up some numbers about rates and fees without even look me up it their system. Super hard to get a human agent via their 1-800 number. Bankers don't spend a second on commission-free support yet they forgot his paycheck comes out of my investment.

        I’ve been a customer of chase bank for over 30 years and i never gave my opinion about any experience over that time,until now. Alice I’m sorry i don’t know her last name is one of the nicest,friendliest associates you would want to have helping you ‼️ again,I’m sorry i don’t remember her last name, but believe me, Chase is lucky to have Alice as an employee ‼️‼️
