TA Travel Center

This is a location that still has the old days attitude for T/A service centers. So many have fallen to mis management and complacency with the lack of ability to efficiently work on trucks. I had brakes installed on my drives at the Russell, IL T/A and they found a wheel seal leaking and was asked to go ahead and replace. Between manager and young mechanic struggling to learn, 8 hrs later I departed and found oil hemorrhaging from my drive axle 75 miles later. Stopped in at the Morris T/A and they have an exemplary shop. Professional, clean and all in order and very organized. From the check-in associate, Kristal to all three techs on duty, Devan, Kyle and Justin. Devan not only made the re-repair, but took it to the next level and explained to me in a way I could go over to the restaurant and know with confidence it would be right when I left. Thanks guys. Will be bringing more work your way. By the way, the seal was installed backwards in Russell.

Great TA. The Restaurant is great with great food and atmosphere. Plus I left my personal hygiene kit there for almost a week. I called they said they found it and held onto it for me. I managed to get routed back through there to get it. I am truly thankful for that. Thank you TA in Morris, IL

I personally love this truck stop! Never used the showers until tonight. Super clean! Even tried the restaurant and it was awesome food. The ladies at counter are super friendly. I ran out of the Costco DC. Im in this place all the time and never had a complaint about it.

Very nice all around. Updated restrooms and showers. Food is delicious, PHILLY STEAKS ARE AWESOME!!!

Philly cheese steak place was great, the other restaurant was even better had to cut my steak with a plastic butter knife but it was so tender it didn't matter. Huge parking lot, close to town if you need to bobtail for survival gear lol. Definitely will return
