This location is terrible, they lost our package and refused to help us locate it properly. It was supposed to be delivered to FedEx location, but was delivered to the Walmart instead. They wasted hours looking in the same areas, instead of just checking camera footage which takes 10 minutes. Do not go here if you want your FedEx packages to be handled properly.

The staff from this office are very awesome as they politely assisted with my printing and package mailing.
Danielle was exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly and I will go there anytime I need such services like printing and mailing.

The guy was extremely difficult to deal with avoid this at all cost! His name was Monty and I’m he made shipping a super painful process!

I absolutely love the customer service here. My printer broke about a year ago and I often need documents and shipping labels printed but because of how helpful & kind Jamie has been, I havent replaced it yet. Its an honest pleasure to visit the store. She is so welcoming, and has always gone the extra mile to make sure all of my printing and shipping needs are met.

I like this store. The employees are helpful, friendly and fast. I asked them not to add extra tape to my boxes and they listen. I am the customer that is paying for a service. I came here twice last week and they are still doing a great job.
