The staff was as useful as a rubber crutch. She spent more time talking on her phone then helping customers.if i wanted to talk to verizon customer support my self i could have saved gas money. will stop by there again because it's close but if I see her in there I will drive to another location.

Roneisha was VERY helpful and professional. She stayed with me and helped as the Verizon people on the phone tired to add my iPad to my daughter's account and activate iPad I thought she went above and beyond as the Verizon person had her change out several sim chips and she made sure I was doing what the Verizon person on the phone asked me to check or enter on my iPad. Unfortunately the Verizon person on the phone couldn't fix the problem of activating my iPad on my daughter's account after FIVE (5) HOURS on the phone with them. Again RONEISHA was wonderful!!!
