We bought a new phone. (92 year old and son) It was not working. Took it back. They made us take it to Davenport to a place to see it they could fix it. They ordered a new phone and next day it . Phone never came in. What a business. They will never help you, you will have to do everything for them. So after a month we canceled all lines. (with you after 70 + years with you. Land line also). The satellite store in Moline is very disfunctionial. Will never deal with them again. Not knowledgble about any of there products. Love our new Carrier Verizon very easy to work with and they know the product's they carry. They take care of all your issues and you don't have to go to Davenport to have a company check it out for you. The new phone was 2 days old .
