Movers handled all the heavy lifting without a problem and took extra precaution with our delicate possessions. We didn't pay for packing but they did wrap and box a couple things for us in the house which was nice. Everyone was easy to work with and didn't mess around. Great Team. Got us to Austin Texas safely with much stress involved.

This was the best choice for me because they offer so many additional services that I was looking for. Such as storage, car shipping and packing... especially packing. Also I liked getting a quote without feeling pressured to use the service. They were very friendly and understood that I was just searching for info the first time I called. Not your average moving company at all. Service was great! I was a bit worried going into it with all the extra services, maybe a few of them were lacking in experience but everything went very well. Shipped a car, used storage and moved from Chicago to San Bernardino all with the same business!

After we booked our move with Extra, not a moment was wasted. No information was changed or altered. The original price & the arrival day stayed the same. Staff had a great attitude and listened to all the concerns I had before choosing them. Got me to the west coast with absolutely no damage to my belongings and every item accounted for. When everything arrived they went over a checklist to show me that everything was accounted for. A coffee table got lightly scratched during the move but they made right of the situation by making a deduction of our bill.

These guys are the most honest movers I've ever come across. The quote was actually the final price and not a trick to just get us in the door. They don't play the games that the typical movers do. I've experienced some uncomfortable moments with movers in the past. This was far from that. I felt at ease working with them. The rate plan didn't leave me guessing how much it was going to cost me. I knew the whole time. Hard to find a business like this these days. Best moving experience I've had.

Time and time again I've finished a move and got hit with some extra fee. Some truck charge, a third mover hourly charge. It's always something. For once it didn't happen. Extra Mile Movers told it like it was. I wanted the full price all in and they gave it to me. I paid upfront by request and it ended up actually being less so I was given money back at the end of the move. First time ever seeing that. Thanks for keeping it honest!
