    I was nervous at first when I didn’t get an email confirmation. I finally received the email about two weeks before the move and a confirmation call the day before the move. If you can request Tito and Vincent, please do so! They were great! Professional, fast and hard working. Made sure furniture was wrapped tight and re-assembled the furniture. Tito explained everything regarding payment so there were no surprises. Moving is such a stressful process and I’m grateful I had great movers to help me out.

    I have moved across country many times for work. This crew was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Unprofessional and complete disregard for handling belongings with care. All of our large furniture was damaged. Seriously… all. E.g. couches dragged across cement on their side. Cabinets dragged on corners with finish completely ruined. Piano scraped along side ruining a family heirloom. Kitchen table and chairs completely ruined. Never finished the job because couldn’t work “overtime” which came to find out was total BS. Couldn’t reach them for days later to find where they put the furniture feet they removed. Total disaster. Do not do business with this company unless you don’t care about your belongings. It has been 2 months since the move and we are still finding damage. Ugh.

    I called prior to my move date, was given a complete break down (deposit amount, hourly rate, minimum hours required, truck fee, packing fee for padding, tape, etc. and cancellation policy), none of that changed when the movers showed up. I was also told that the balance would have to be paid in cash when they arrive at the new location...I didn't have a problem with that as that's the fee, I didn't tip until the end of the move as I feel you always tip based on service and not the hourly rate. We've used Johnny On The Move, Inc for a few moves, most times they showed up early or on time, however once they showed up almost 2hrs late. Usually the crew had positive attitudes and hustled to get the move done quickly, but sometimes in their haste they did damage some items (brought the truck door down on a headboard...crushed it - not properly loaded, broke the wheel off a portable shredder, and most recently broke a (270 pound) heavy bar cabinet by flipping it over and dragging it on the top trim side - instead of getting help from the other guy). I had not put in damage claims for the moves where the headboard or shredder were damaged, however I did for the bar cabinet because that was an expensive piece and was not a second thought was given to maybe not drag your furniture but use the proper equipment instead. So after unwrapping the bar, took pictures of the damage and emailed them followup up with a call. She confirmed the damage after seeing the pictures, told me it would take 60days to process. I called at 60 days, was told sometimes it takes 90. I called at 113 days (a few times) they no longer answer. I would only recommend if you only have boxes only or furniture you don't really care about. I had been recommending them to friends and family with full disclosure but since they handle claims the way a tenant with unpaid rent hides from a landlord, will definitely not recommend them, just had to move a medium size off and opted to not even consider hiring this company. .

    I give this company a 0! Not only did they not show up, they claimed I "cancelled" my time slot, when I in fact never did, and they never refunded me my deposit. They kept saying it was in process and never was. They refused to send an email copy of anything and make up excuses. DO NOT USE!!!

    I was hopeful that they were going to do great with such a catchy name and all. It was nightmare. Several months later, I am still trying to fully repair the hottub they damaged during delivery. Their delivery person was the rudest person I've ever met. He lied and a made excuses for his poor quality of work. They charged for an extra step on a flat surface. The dispatch lady was courteous but was clearly on 'team excuse'. I do not recommend them.
