Castle Chevrolet Buick GMC McHenry Service & Auto Repair

Purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4 truck from Castle Chevy GMC of McHenry in July with 47k miles. After many repairs that should have occurred in a 172 point inspection given "GMC Certified PRE-OWNED", I discovered they sold me the heavy duty work truck w/2017 tires that looked new with mud tread but were dry rotted. Beware of these guys and their mechanics as they also sold it to me 2 quarts low oil cause they thought it was a diesel. I have a BBB and IAG claim for their unethical practices.

I had an excellent car buying experience. They were courteous, understanding, and very professional. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would recommend anyone in the market for a car to pay them a visit. Ask for Jovani! He's new but works hard to get you what you want.

Worse place to work especially in the service department as the Manger doesn't know how to treat its employees and they know is how to scam customers into buying stuff they don't need the sales deportment is absolutely amazing though I would definitely buy a car from them as they have good prices but I wouldn't get my car serviced from their, or work there again Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement
