Rony Martinez and his Euroworx/Everything Auto/ Route 31 Auto Sales was evicted from his business rentals multie times and a home in June 2020. As the the first of the year, his shop was open but when we drove past, everything is gone including my son's BMW and my nephew's Mercedes that he was repairing. ALL phones go to his cell which he has not answered. Police report for stole cars are being filed tomorrow 1/21/21. Upon trying to find this man, I contacted a long list of old associates who said he has done this many of times and is now out selling tools and parts. Also, he had both of my family cars for months saying it is coming, it is coming, glass is on backorder, parts didn't fit, etc. Etc, etc. Service: Electrical

If only I read the one star reviews first. I agree with each one and my husband and I had to call daily for progress for over 40 days. Lies, excuses, increases costs and trying to charge “storage fees” when we wanted to move the vehicle to a more reputable shop. They claimed constantly it was everyone else’s fault. Their team even ordered the parts for the wrong side. The car still smells like cigarette smoke so who knows what they were doing. “Where’s honest people!” I kept hearing even while they tried to get an extra $1k with no documentation of why at the very end. I documented all of it, every interaction and false claim. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t even bother responding with your template for ‘poor reflection of our service’ because I don’t know who you’re trying to fool.

Ron was very knowledgeable and I could tell he highly valued quality when I approached him about my car issues. He kept me informed throughout the duration of my service which I appreciated. I felt comfortable and knew my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Ron and his staff at Euroworx.
