This guy deserves more than just a 5 star review! We were traveling through Mattoon on the way from Georgia to my husbands critically ill fathers home in Woodstock, Illinois when our transmission went out, stranding us. Brian really went above and beyond in helping out a couple of complete strangers. He actually called the tow truck company for us and helped us obtain transportation so we could get back on the road to see my husbands father for Fathers Day! It made a very frustrating situation a lot less stressful by just letting us know there was somebody in our corner in a town where we didnt know anybody. Very thankful to have been in the right place when we broke down! A special thank you to Brian for the generosity of his time and for being such an awesome State Farm agent!
