I just wanted to give a shout out to Koonce insurance agency for their office in Mattoon, Illinois. My insurance was coming up for renewal. I had received my premium notice from my then current insurance company which had a drastic price increase from the previous year. I contacted Koonce Insurance in Mattoon, Illinois, because I had read they offered insurance through Erie Insurance Company which had very good customer service reviews. The office manager, Sadie Fortner is who I dealt with during the entire process. She offered me many different options with varying degrees of coverage and pricing. They also offered different types of payment arrangements. Sadie came up with both a homeowner's and auto insurance policy with better coverage limits and pricing than I had through my old company. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous through the entire business transaction. If you are looking for a good insurance company that offers insurance through several different insurers, I would advise you to check out Koonce Insurance in Mattoon, Illinois. They helped me out a lot and saved me a bunch of money.

Worst service ever by them. I would not recommend any of my family members. I will tell everyone how they treated me here and would not even care about their clients. Say no to Koonce Insurance.
