They treat my Rose like she is their own. She was so sick late last year I thought she wouldnt make it. I believe they saved her life.

Their advertised emergency vet service only applies if you have been to their facility within the last year. They refused to see my very sick dog and she died on the 2 hour drive to a real emergency vet. We had used them for 10 years previously but changed to another vet when their prices shot up

Only emergency clinic within a 2 hour radious of me. Refused to take my dog as an emergency because I had a different vet. My dog didn't make the 2 hour drive.
