My animals have been patients for years and we used to really love it. But here lately I feel the prices just keep jumping up, and one nurse is very hateful. We started going because of the care our dogs were shown, but the nurse (I couldn't get her name) my bloodhound seen was horrible. Very rude to him (he's 8mo and it was his first appointment) she was impatient and zero help when he was being weighed. Instead she kept "forgetting" to turn on the scale and wouldn't move when he would run behind her. Instead she got mad that he was getting twisted around her.
UPDATE I was called and apologized too on behalf of the nurse. Which is greatly appreciated. I do still enjoy this clinic. Everyone else has always been wonderful to our pets.
