I am in the process of transferring my retirement account to Farmers, and Danielle at this branch has been incredibly helpful. Not only did she help me navigate the paperwork aspect, she has checked in with me to keep me updated on the process. I highly recommend Farmer's State Bank.

A parent group of 2023 Herrin High School grads opened an account for Project Graduation several months back. Being one of those parents, I was a little anxious about everything that goes along with planning a big celebration like we had in mind. However, Kelly Green and all of the ladies at the Marion bank were super helpful and put my mind at ease with all of the financial aspects. Danielle was especially helpful in keeping track of fundraising efforts, payments, and even helping sort prizes for the night of the party. They were all very patient, kind, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. And our party was a huge success, thanks in part to Farmers State Bank. I highly recommend Farmers for any banking needs!

I love Farmers State Bank. I have worked in Banks and been a customer at other banks, Farmers is by far the very best. They are so friendly and helpful with any needs I have. Would recommend and have recommended them any chance I get.

When my wife and I decided to buy a home, we went with John Streuter and Kelly Green at Farmer's State Bank. I'm glad we did! Even in these uncertain economic times, the folks at Farmer's went to bat for us and helped us through every step of the process. John was able to secure a rate for us that lowered our monthly payment by hundreds of dollars. But more than that, it was truly a blessing to be able to work with people who genuinely cared about us. Granted we weren't buying a big 'ol house in a fancy subdivision, we just found the right house for us and our family. There were times we would send an email to John on a Saturday, (not expecting a response until Monday morning) and he would get back to us with an answer to our question within a couple minutes! The customer service we received from Farmers during this time far exceeded our expectations. Joy and I would highly recommend contacting the folks at Farmer's State Bank if you're thinking about buying a home.
