        This bank will close your account for inactivity WITH NO NOTICE! You won't be able to open at another bank for weeks due to their system red flagging you. I was 29 dollars negative and closed with no notice at all! This could really screw up someone's bills rent etc. I am calling corporate. I should have got the woman's name. Hung the phone up on me mid sentence. Then refused to answer it. Like a child! I went to the branch immediately and asked why she hung up on me and she DENIED IT!

        This is the worst US Bank Branch I have ever worked with. The branch manager is very rude and very lazy. Just simply asked her to look at somethings on my account for me and she acted like it was too much work or as if I was bothering her. So in turn she closed my account, witch works out better in the end because, I will be banking elsewhere for now on. What a disgrace it is to be new to the area and to be treated this way. I would not recommend dealing with the US bank branch in Marion IL. I will have to say I have been with US Bank for a very long time and this is the first time I have been treated so badly. Such a shame that one bad egg can mess up the whole basket of eggs. If I would not be moving I would not had changed banks, but unfortunately this would be the branch I would have to deal with and after being treated so badly I will never walk back in this bank. Definitely not a welcoming environment for people coming in from out of town.
