When we were out looking for new flooring to replace our wood flooring that was showing wear and tear, we went to Murphy's Flooring. After finding the tile we wanted, Ron at Murphy's recommended Fred from Artisan Tile Creations. Fred came out and looked over the situation. It was a difficult job as it was over radiant flooring. Fred was very knowledgeable on what had to be done from removing the wood flooring to laying ceramic tile in various stages. Fred's team of James, Matt, Brian and Chris were very professional in all the stages of installing the new flooring. They arrived on time each day. They were meticulous workers and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They answered any question we had besides offering their opinion of hard decisions as the work was progressing. We are extremely satisfied and happy with the work of Fred and his team of James, Matt, Brian, and Chris putting in new ceramic tile over radiant flooring. Thank you ! Artisian Tile Creations is fantastic! Shane and Fred, co-owners, are awesome to work with. I have hired their company 3 times for 2 bathroom remodels and a kitchen backsplash that is done in brick. Their team is awesome to work with (and they love hanging out with my Golden Retriever)! They kept us in constant communication about the job. The quality is top notch and their prices are extremely fair and understand customers requirements around keeping things within their budget. Highly recommended! Artisan tile put up a decorative tile wall in my bathroom and a backsplash in my kitchen. Their work is beautiful and I am very pleased. They are so easy to work with and very engaging. I had a very expensive bathroom remodel done. It was with a contractor I had used in the past. When it was done, the shower floor pan did not drain properly, it puddled everywhere. The shower door curb also pitched to the outside and not back into the shower. Water leaked out on to my bathroom floor. The contractor then would not come back out to repair his work. That is when I found Artisan Tile Creations. It was a big repair. They had to bust out my entire shower pan and curb and rebuild them. They did a wonderful job repairing what my contractor messed up. A whole new shower pan was installed. They were incredibly detailed not to damage the existing wall tile above one tile up the wall. We also had a bench in our new shower and that was not damaged either. A new curb was also installed. It looks like no repair work was ever done. You can't even tell that any work was done. I finally had my beautiful new shower that drained properly and did not leak out over the curb on to my bathroom floor. It looks absolutely wonderful. Artisan Tile Creations are very detailed in there work. I will gladly use them again for any tile work that we will be doing in the future. Service: Bathroom tile repair
