        Well so far it's been absolutely great. Liz was a HUGE help. Taking the situation that my wife has been overwhelmed with all the choices for our kitchen make over which has been a lengthy adventure , we brought our samples in and Liz right away knew which 5 counter tops ( out of her what seemed to be 100's ) to pick and got us to choose one. She helped with backsplash ideas and colors. She is such a down to Earth friendly knowledgeable lady. Her prices are VERY compatible to others we've been to. I will update as things move along----UPDATE---- From ordering too finished job was very smooth. Very professional from measuring to install. They were respectful of property and the installers did a fantastic clean job. Liz and Ryan are great knowledgeable and friendly people. I would highly recommend them and their company for your needs. I will post a picture as soon as I finish my kitchen. Excellent work THANK YOU

        Friendly staff that really know their stuff. Prices are great. They have worked on a few of my projects and always exceeded my expectations. Liz is a wiz when it comes to design.

        I dont see an NKBA or even a CBA certification on your website, which leads me to believe you have no right calling yourself a designer.

        Actually, too awful to detail. Leaky faucet that we purchased from them. They ordered new parts, covered by lifetime warranty. Had to call several times and finally got someone who got the parts...he came over....didn't know how to replace the parts after several hours....said he would order new ones and maybe could get us a new faucet....never heard from him again...that was more than a month ago. In the meantime got someone else to take care of it.

      So just because our website doesn't have the NKBA or CBA you are going to leave a review. Have you even been to my store. My partner has been in the design industry for 20 years! Also just realized you live across the street from a property of the family is the only reason you are leaving a bad review because you aren't a customer!

      Sorry you feel this way but you purchased faucet at least 8 yrs ago or more from the previous owners. You are right the experience was too awful to detail but i will do my best too. Moen warranties product for life not us individually. You didn't want to call Moen in your words "You couldn't handle waiting on hold for them" so we did 2 times for you and spent 2 hrs on hold at no charge to you to get parts. The backlog on Moen parts thru moen took a long time to get in. And by the time they got in you had left this post already. I also do know how to work on Moen faucets. I tried to get the original parts out but due to Marengo water calcifying everything up I didn't want to break the plastic piece that held the part in and leave you with a non working faucet till more parts came in. I also said if Moen doesn't have parts available they would replace with comparable faucet. But they had the parts just took forever to get. And the reason you didn't hear from me again was because you posted this before the parts came in. I had told you that when parts or replacement faucet came in that i would get a hold of you. And also never charged you for anything. So shame on me for that. I get a bad review from a lady that didn't spend a dime with us.Contractors beware she is very difficult to work with and I have never said that about a customer ever till now. Actually she wasn't a paying customer of ours.
