Jennie was able to work out the details on my auto and life insurance policy quotes over email. This worked out best for my Schedule, and when time came for finalizing everything, a quick and easy phone call on my lunch break was all it took.

Do not use this agent! Not only did they make many mistakes that have costed me a lot of money and time, they are also rude and dishonest. I asked on several occasions if I could talk with Kevin and I was told by Jenny that she runs the office and he has nothing to do with it. I have had 2 different insurance companies call them for documents and they either did not respond, or provided the right info. When my current insurance company called looking for documents, Jenny responded I dont want to get involved. They responded have been unhelpful, rude and completely dishonest. There are so many other optionsId run far away from this office!

Jennie Lezama was wonderful to work with and very responsive to my family's insurance needs. She also helped to save us a bunch of money.

Staff is friendly but continues to drop the ball with policy updates. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
