    I have been on short term since early November. Due to COVID19 the impatient program and out patient program were all zoom. Finally got my claims manager to approve part of it. My first pay out for December was missed due to me not receiving letters in the mail on time. I have been working with my HR, and doctors and still my claims agent says she hasn't received anything. I've left messages for a manager to call me and nothing! I'm actually about to lose my job because I can't seem to get cinga to actually do their part of this!
