It is a Western Illinois University parking lot. I had to reorientated my navigator to find DHS.

Excellent lot with plenty of spaces. They even have restrooms on site to aid that weary traveller who had maybe too much coffee on their commute.

Huge parking lot. Make sure you do not park in the faculty parking. Go beyond the yellow lines. Very close to most of the buildings and well maintained.
