        I'm like shocked there's any negative reviews. You have to go M-F between 9 and 4 pm for Nicole! She is SO patient, so level headed, sweet and kind- even when there are lines out the door or you have a particularly challenging package. I genuinely look forward to seeing her and going to UPS which idk if I've ever said in my life.

        When in had to get a label printed, both ladies in the store took care of me immediately and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Very painless, very helpful place. They are very courteous. Glad to go there Roosevelt road location.
