Took a while for me to share this, but I'm just so disappointed with the treatment I received at the end of my my last visit. This was my second visit to Carlos for color. I absolutely loved the color! For my next visit, I received two text messages showing back to back appointments. I called to confirm that I only wanted color and no cut or style. The girl on the phone said that I was all set for color only. Appointment went great until he was washing my hair. He asked if I was getting a haircut or style and I said no. He seemed mad and abruptly stopped. He didn't comb through my hair, he just towel dried it in the bowl. Before I even sat up in the chair he said "ok, they will take care of you at the front" and walked away. I left with soaking wet hair that wasn't even combed through. Loved the color, but won't go back and can't recommend him.

Came here for a mani and pedi. Great attention to detail and the products they use are amazing but both of my thumbs chipped after 5 days.

Carlos was wonderful! Ive never loved a cut so much. He gave me everything I asked for and was super chill and fun to be around. Definitely going back to him. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut

I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure and did not have the Groupon #, now that I have the proper #, they will not return my call.
