        Absolutely the worst, extremely unprofessional beyond belief. Now reading these reviews make me wish I did not waste my time with Sami and Ruba. Lies, lies, lies in an unbelievable and disgusting way. I started working with them on my 2022 tax return in February and believe it or not, we are in October with 2 days to the extension deadline and I'm waiting to hear from them. You have to send 50 messages and emails to their phones and emails to get one answer which is usually a lie that they will call you this week to finalize your tax return. I can't believe how unprofessional they are and how people's time mean nothing to them. I'm reporting them to IRS and I hope everyone affected by them does. I'm editing my review here after I received the response from the owner. I tried to call the number Chris provided, and of course it's a generic number and no one answers. Seems like the whole business is fishy.

        Unprofessional beyond belief. Still waiting for my 2022 taxes to be filed since leaving them with this branch in April. Been playing phone tag and visits since. Emails, Text messages of I will call you back. Well it is August now I'm still waiting for my taxes to be filed and or give them to me to go elsewhere. Started it so nice and friendly but now it is simply aggravating and stressful. IRS late fees better be paid when my taxes are finally filed.
