Harley Rosenthal represented me as the seller in a residential real estate transaction. Harley Rosenthal was recommended to us by our realtor, and handled both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house. Both transactions ran through to closing extremely smoothly, thanks to Harley's organization. We hit a couple of moderate bumps, as transactions often do, and Harley was a calm and concise resource as we swiftly navigated past those. He's hyper-responsive, frequently replying to emails within a few minutes, but he's also happy to take your call if you need to talk something over. He showed up to the closing for our house-purchase in plenty of time and with all the paperwork precisely arranged so he could efficiently walk us through the process, and he had the forethought to bring the paperwork for the subsequent condo-sale that would close a week later so we could sign all documentation at one sitting, rather than needing to drive out and meet him on a separate occasion. Harley's fees are in line with the industry standard, and represented excellent value considering his level of experience and his availability. I'd have no hesitation recommending Harley to anyone buying or selling residential property.
