My real estate broker referred me to Adler and Herbach because of their program that saves money on title fees. It turns out that the savings is great, but thats only the beginning. The stellar service that I got from Jacob, walking me through each step of the deal, from reviewing the contract to negotiating a credit that the buyer asked for and through the closing, where I just signed a few documents and was done. These guys are the real deal! As a business owner, I deal with a lot of law firms and attorney's. In all my years, these guys are truly the best. Even the seller of my house joked that "I definitely hired the right firm", due to their attention to detail and thoroughness throughout. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed!
