        Terrible customer service. Came to replace vinyl and when they did, broke the framing for the sign and refused to repair becuase they said the sign was defective. This happened on a 6 tenant center and no other tenant had issues installing.

        They were unprofessional, unreliable and did not follow through on completing the job at The Rivalry Alehouse (yet they got paid in full). Our signs were installed to stay on 24/7 with no shut off mechanism. We were told for over a year we would get something, so they can turn off. Matt (who is the owner's son) avoided all calls, texts and emails. In addition, we were left with exposed wiring. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If anyone needs pictures or proof, we will gladly share that with them. Other reviews show they had similar issues.

        Matt came by. Took measurements. And sent a quote over within a week. Was really good about communicating. Matched my alterations perfectly. Now this sign shines - looks fresh and is brighter than all the other signs around mine.
