Larry and his team are unbeatable. From developing original graphic designs to delivery/install, their expertise and professionalism will help guide the most inexperienced client to the most incredible end products. We have been thrilled with every design we ordered. Their customer service is outstanding and they work exceptionally hard to meet expectations. They take pride in their work, go the extra mile, and they always honor their commitments. Can't say enough about this crew!

Very disappointed with this company (Libertyville Location). We contacted Larry at FASTSIGNS to do a site inspection so they can provide us a quote. He was very nice on site and then basically ghosted us after the meeting. We followed up with him a few days after and then after 4 emails with no responses we finally got a response with an apology 1 week later and he said he would make sure to have this wrapped up soon. Now fast forward 1 month and we had reached out a couple more times with no responses. Complete waste of time. I highly recommend doing business with a company that is more responsive.
