Now that I am settled into my new home I felt the need to leave Greg Anderson a great review. I am very new to buying a home and Greg made the process so simple. My girlfriend and I wanted to move into a single standing home, near water, and a quiet neighborhood, within a limited budget..... This day in age it's damn near impossible to get picky.. We did, both my older sisters told me to reach out to Greg because he does great work and is fast, efficient, and goes to bat for his clients. Man, were they right! He showed us three homes and by the third viewing we knew we found the right one. It took us 5 days, that's right 5 days to find the home, put in an offer, and get a response back on the offer. Greg helped my girlfriend (past home owner) and I (new home owner) every step of the way. If you have any doubts about your realtor, try Greg out, I guarantee you will never find anyone better.

Greg has been very patient and helpful throughout our condo buying process in the city. It was a roller coaster ride with the seller and Gregs calm demeanor and patience made all the difference. His professionalism and expertise is very evident in the way that he guided us throughout the whole home buying process and made it a good experience, particularly to a first time homebuyer like our son. Greg and Kelly are Super Stars! This team worked closely with us to help the sale go as smoothly as possible for us. They were always quick to respond and there in person when needed. They went out of their way to help us on many needs and it is soo appreciated. The sale process was made super easy with plenty of discussion on things we didn't understand or weren't aware of.
