I would highly recommend Kay Phillips to sell your house! From the very beginning she was informed and prepared, coming to our first meeting already knowledgeable about the house we were selling, as well as providing information about the current market and comps in our area. We had a tight schedule, as we had already purchased a new home and were also getting ready to go on a month-long trip out of town. We were uneasy about having our house on the market while we were away, but Kay reassured us that she would take care of everything. And she did! Kay sold our house in 4 days and it was under contract by the time we left for our trip. While we were away, Kay was responsive and timely in answering our questions and concerns via phone calls, emails and text messages. She took care of everything and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Kay is simply the BEST! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, fun, and a great communicator. We are her returning clients. We sold a town-home and bought a beautiful house with Kay a few years ago. She recently assisted us with selling the house due to moving out of state. Ms. Kay was incredible realtor! I like her energy and positive attitude. She is very good with communication; she was quick with responding back to me whenever I had questions for her. Very knowledgeable with a lot of things especially when it comes to selling/buying a house. She guided us along the process and gave us great advices! I cannot thank her enough. Kay did an incredible job helping us sell our old house and buy our new house! She is very knowledgeable about the selling and buying process. She gave great advice and guidance along the way. We ran into a few challenging situations, but she helped to guide us along. She remained confident that we would find our house even when it was taking awhile. She is very responsive in her communication. Kay was willing to assert herself at key junctures. Kay is very friendly and personable. Kay was invaluable in helping us purchase our home. She was always prompt with communication. She was positive and optimistic. Kay gave great attention to details, both while showing us homes and especially during the negotiating process. We did run into some uniquely complicated situations, but Kay was completely on top of things and worked with our attorney to come up with solutions. She never made us feel like a burden, even when our situation did demand a lot of her. Kay is very personable and enjoyable to be with. She knew what we were looking for and worked hard to help us find it. She often went out of her way to tell us about properties that had not even hit the market yet. Kay is very knowledgeable and did a great job teaching us about the process as we went. We highly recommend Kay Phillips for buying and selling!
