We met Fernando Godoy about 8 years ago and finally when we made the decision to rent our Winnetka property, Fernando worked with our goals and concerns patiently and efficiently. We are now saying goodbye to our great tenant after 4 years and getting Godoys team fine service once again without any hesitation.

Spoke with Fernando on the phone and also corresponded with him over text to schedule a viewing of a property. Even followed up with him but he never got back to me. I also had to unsubscribe from his emails although I dont believe I ever asked or opted into automated property searches. Seems like a nice person otherwise if youre lucky enough to get hand selected as his client Edit: Fernando is lying in his response. I told him I wanted to see the house as soon as possible not 4 days later on a Saturday. He also never got back to me and if he has suggested Saturday was the earliest we could see the house I wouldve happily taken the appointment. For this reason I am now editing my review from two stars to one star. Cannot in good conscience recommend this business.
