        I refinanced my vehicle through another lender, and Audi Financial has yet to process the check, causing the payoff amount to exceed the refinanced loan. when I contact them, I only get a generic "make sure the check includes necessary items" which it did.

        Experienced a series of clerical errors and issues that prevented me from getting paperwork for purchased vehicle for 3 months. Ended with them sending paperwork to wrong address via FedEx and another comedy of errors to get the envelope.

        Not sure what everyone's issues are, but this process has been a breeze! I call in, they have me saved in their system, and the bill is paid! Very streamlined experience for me!

        Called in for a lien release for a vehicle, didn't take long and didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops like a lot of places make you. Customer support seemed nice and prompt. Nice experience.

        Worst in class. Have already filed a consumer protection complaint. Complete scam. Stone age process that is not commercially reasonable run by minimum wage morons. They like cashing checks but do not release title. Done with Audi at this point.
