I highly recommend signing-up for the webinars that Jan and her team present. I've attended three of them and while the information presented is great, it's the questions from the attendees and the responses from Jan and her team that really make the presentation valuable as attendees ask questions I would never think of!
I have just started my journey in the home-buying process which has caused me some sleepness nights and I've considered not moving forward in the process. However, it has been great to be able to call Jan (multiple times) and she has been wonderful in answering all of my questions.
