Everything is perfect about Customer service, but...
Never thought that a family-owned dealership with a good reputation can sell used car in the condition of junk car which even doesn't pass state emission test, catalytic converters not working, both turbos is leaking coolant, the front suspension is dead, intercooler has a hole and losing air, multiple miss fire in cylinders, passenger window, parking sensors and fog light doesn't work, evap system fail. Please inspect the car with your mechanic first, then sign the paperwork. They don't care because it's a high mileage car, but instead repair or send it to the junkyard they sold it and charge money for reconditioning and inspection. Mechanics decided that it was safe and ready for the road. Hope other customers have a better experience...
