      image I contacted Carl's septic service trying to get a quote to have a new electric line dug for my aerator. They were happy to send someone out to perform a $150 service call but did not follow up with the quote like they promised. In my experience Carl's septic never provided the service I asked for and they still charged. I have already spoken with Tim (who I believe is the owner) on the phone and while he says he'll send a quote he simply never does.
