Had a clogged main drain called Carl's they were out with in a couple hours. Andrew first guy pumped out tank then tried to rod out main from the tank to the house but could not go more then around 10" in I give to give him credit as he tried vigorously to clear the main drain but could not get through what we thought was a shifting pipe so he set up a service tech to come out the next day. Next morning Shawn other service tech was out tried to run a camera to see what or where this block is. Came to the conclusion would have to dig this up about 3 feet from where the tank is. Shawn dug up the area to find a one way valve that was stuck in the closed position right at the inlet of my tank. He did a repair of the pipe also adding a Tee for a new clean out spot to Rod out if future problems arise from the tank to the house, avoiding any rodding from inside the house. This company did a fantastic job doing the repairs and clean up and also customer service both Techs are very professional and kind. Thanks for coming out so soon and taking care of my problem.

I am trying to reach them for the last two months, but they never call back. Every time, the call goes to answering service. I don't think they are in business anymore.
They have installed new pumps less than two years ago. Both pumps failed. I am trying to reach them for the last one month. The call goes to the answering service. There is no response from them. I don't think they are in business anymore. Service: Septic system installation
