        After depositing my money, the teller asked if I wanted to switch to a credit card with a "cash-back" option. I replied, "no thanks," but the teller continued to try to persuade me. "Don't you like free money?" How insulting. Another employee, I'm assuming the manager, joined in the conversation. I spent way too much time trying to convince them that I didn't want a different card. I remained pleasant, but the teller was visibly flustered/upset that she was not able to convince me. I stopped going to the branch closer my house because of this harassment. Now I'll not be returning to the Lemont branch. Time to start transitioning to a different bank.
