This location is ridiculously slow. I come once a month for a cashiers check. If Im lucky the printer is actually working and Im able to get what I need. Theres always one teller and a line of at least 5 people waiting. Im actually currently in line waiting for about 15 minutes. Hire more staff. It shouldnt take 20-30 minutes for a simple bank transaction.
Update: 4/5/24. Im here again and surprise surprise 4 people ahead of me and only 1 teller working

I stood in line for 45 minutes without customer service. The location closes at 5 it should not take a hour to take care of one customer! Very poor service and customer service.

Always slow the bank teller cant count Im never coming to this bank again and they have a attitude sometimes too do not recommend

I went to this location to make a withdrawal, the teller who said she was also the manager refused to process my request. I had my current driver's license and debit cards . She said because they were reviewing my account I could not make a withdrawal. She refused to give me any help on when the review would be over and I should just wait. I asked for my driver's license and left. I did call my lawyer and asked if this was legal, she told me to call US Bank Headquarters. When I called I talked with a very supportive representative, which called the branch and spoke with the
Branch Regional Administrator. The teller called m r back and completed my request. I have never in my life had this experience, I will never visit that branch in the future. There was not a customer service focus at this location. I am forever grateful to the US Bank Headquarters representative for being a phenomenal professional.

At first it was me and the security then two men came from nowhere close to my presence I was nervous as one man was right behind me and the security guard said nothing about my privacy nor gave me any sense of protection. I addressed the situation to the security guard about my fear she just repeated me and laughed it off.
