After seeing these guys recommended by so many on our community FB page we decided to give them a call. I am so glad we did! I cant say enough about how quick and friendly they were. If I had to do it again, I wouldnt even consider calling anyone else. Price, response, quality, and punctuality were all outstanding!

Just one short review: No need to shop around, Get your softener from Amerikim. Price is just right and fantastic customer service. Detail review but not so great story telling. our water softener broke and needed a replacement right away. I called a few contractors and prices are all over the places. i found Amerikim by accident and read nothing but great review. gave Kim a call, what a great person to talk to. no pressure, no upselling whatsoever. Dave showed up on date on time. did fantastic job. He explained that hot water would need 2-3 days to cycle with soft water which i didn't know even though it's kinda obvious. money well spent on great service and awesome local buisness.

We moved into a house that had well water in 2022, and immediately knew the smells and things we were seeing weren't normal. We came from city water, so we thought maybe it'll just be an adjustment, but the rotten egg smell was always around. We had the smell in our water, white mineral deposits on our glassware, and rust stains on our toilets. Over the course of the past year, we had numerous people come take a look to see if everything was working. They said the water softener is working properly and the pressure tank was looking good as well. Good thing we didn't settle and continued investigating. We reached out to Dave and explained the issues we were experiencing. He immediately suggested we get the Iron Breaker III and that will fix our issues. We were skeptical, but we had exhausted all other options, so figured why not. Literally the same day Dave installed it, we noticed a significant change in our water. We no longer have any smells, rust stains or mineral deposits on our glassware. To top it off, Dave was the most cost effective option compared to his competitors as well! If you have well water and are experiencing issues, Dave is the only person that'll be able to make your water great again!

New to the area and the well water in Lake Zurich and Long grove is not good. Dave and Ameri-Kim made it good. Simple as that. He helped service my water softener (took him all of 10 min to quickly diagnose and fix) and I asked if he could help with the drinking water. Dude is clearly a super water 'nerd' (and I mean that in the best way) and seemed extremely knowledgeable in all things water. He came out a week later and installed a reverse osmosis. Very reasonable and honest pricing. Best money I've spent and no more bottled water! Wouldn't even consider calling anyone else now.
