I took me 2years to find a home that was in the right area. Covid made it very challenging but with Dan, he always said to hang on, we will find the right home for you. And we did! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to communicate every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going to happen next. Definitely a great person to have helping someone find their forever home!

I found Dan before I was ready to buy. I said I just wanted a price on a home to see what Price Range I was looking at. He gave me the price. I told him I didn't want to be harassed. He said how about you tell me where and what your looking for and every week or 2 I will send you and email of listings and not bother you. He did what he promised. We called him when we were ready I am a nurse and work at night. I could send him a text at 4am and he would respond when he woke up. He always found time to fit our schedules. He was honest. We had a deal fall through because of an inspection issue and he said don't feel bad we will find you a place when its right, especially since we didn't have to move right away. We then saw him on the soccer field with my husbands son. He is not only an amazing realtor but a great family man. Honestly if I have to ever sell of buy again I will use him and I will refer him too. He also has contacts to a great real estate lawyer and mortgage company that made our process go seamlessly.

We absolutely love Daniel Henry. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to work with. We started to talk to Daniel about home purchase in Gurnee, IL around June 2021. When we came to do our area tour and met with Daniel in August 2021, he dedicated his time for 3 days showing us different neighborhoods, local shopping and restaurants. He always went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and saw what he thought would be the best fit for our family. He even showed us local parks and recitational facilities for our kids. As time got closer to our move, he found us the perfect home. He is a wonderful communicator, quick responder to calls, emails and texts, and is always on top of things. Daniel even connected us with a mortgage lender which we were very pleased with as well. We could not have done this purchase without him, especially that we live out of state. So yes, we would definitely recommend Daniel. He is a wonderful realtor, and very passionate about what he does. I am so happy that his sister Katie connected us!
