Cori and her team are kind, informative, and really get to know their clients likes and preferences! Whatever questions you have will be answered and they make the experience streamlined. Buying a house can be super stressful. This is why we have always gone back to Cori. She has helped us w/ the purchase of 2 properties; one in Lincoln Pk, and one in Downers Grove, and has also helped us w/ the sale of properties, one of which was a boat slip. Working with Cori Michael was a wonderful experience from the very first phone call! As a first time home buyer, I needed someone to take my hand and walk me step by step through the process and she did just that. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Every recommendation she gave was amazing from the mortgage broker to the inspector and the attorney for closing, she was always steering me in the right direction. Cori stayed positive and upbeat through all of the trials and tribulations the home buying process can bring. She listened to me and from the beginning and ultimately got me into the home I wanted! It was so comforting to know that she truly had my best interest at heart. I cant thank her enough for helping me, I couldnt have asked for a better person to go through this process with.
