Was hit by their driver while stopped at a red light. Almost 2 weeks later and their insurance is still checking on coverage, suggesting that I go through my own insurance if I want my car fixed faster.

Speeding and cutting people off in traffic, flashing high beams and back service lights in traffic.
Swerving in between lanes. The driver obviously has issues and should be dealt with. Will cost the company money one of these days, or cause a accident on the road.
