Horrible customer service, customer service reps were unkind and uncaring and rude to my wife. The manager of the store legit told my wife to go beg the AT&T manager to unlock her SIM card, he also told her to cry and lie saying that I the husband was in the hospital anything to do to cry.. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THIS STORE. I cant recommend this store LESS 0-10 stars

People working there are friendly and professional. Xfinity itself is just pure madness. For 3 days I tried to get internet service. Finally I gave up and canceled before activation . Problem with ordering, wrong modem, proper modem but problem with activation. . I think they don't like me.

I made an appointment and the salesperson Amanda M called on me. I discussed how I wanted to change my cable and internet plan and she was so rude and unprofessional. She seemed to be bored by my questions and acted like she would rather by anywhere but there by constantly looking around the room and not being helpful. After her rolling her eyes towards my question I ended up walking out and will cancel my cable. I hope the rest of your staff is not as rude as she was.

Extremely slow customer service. It would be helpful if they told you estimated wait times when you check in. They seem like they have enough staff but a lot of workers standing around doing nothing
