        Worst experience with this company. Rented a 2023 VW Taos. The car had issues and they wouldn't do anything about it. The lady had been super rude my husband twice over the phone! Glad everyone else got good service but this company has absolutely sucked for us in our experience!!!

        This was truly the best customer service experience I've ever had. Tayla is dynamite and you can really tell she is a deeply kind and noble person. We showed up after they had closed for the day, in desperate need of a car, and Tayla managed to help. Not only did she find a rental for us, she was sociable, kind, and friendly, which is more than I can say for myself when someone comes in after I've closed my store! On top of that, she went out of her way to help with every aspect of the rental and treated us like welcome guests. To call her an angel wouldn't be enough, she saved us so much heartache. Thank you Tayla. Enterprise, I hope you recognize the talent and magnanimity of folks like Tayla, as they are the folks who will keep us coming back.
