Opened a bank account with them put money into the account the next day I went to try to put money into the account I was locked out of my account so I called they told me the fraud department had a note saying it was a fraudulent membership how do yall allow someone to open an account accept their money then freeze the account then tell me I have to fill out a appeal and wait 10 days to hear back from them at this point I dont want to bank with you guys just return my funds!

Withdrawal limits are low. Zelle limits are low. My Zelle was frozen and I havent been able to zelle in almost a week. This dreadful. This branch is literally hours away from me. I feel like my funds are trapped. Drove 2 hours for a withdrawal. Only one teller working and the line was long. Waited almost 1.5 for a withdrawal.

Do not use their Zelle Platform. It needs major improvement. I tried to transfer money to pay my rent and they Froze My Account with no chance to just verify it was me. Instead I had to call to speak to someone and they had me on hold for over an hour just to transfer me over to wait for another hour. Highly disappointed in the Zelle Process & Lack of Urgency
