        Please AGAIN rethink putting your loved one in Heritage Woods of Gurnee. My mom died OVER 6 months ago and we are still waiting for the half a months rent they owe my mom. The administrator of Heritage Woods of Gurnee emailed me that it was approved over a month ago and we would get a check in 1 to 2 weeks. WELL here it is over a month. If we can’t get this resolved by Friday June 11th,2021 we will be placing a complain to: Illinois Dept. of Public Health & U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services for Medicare & Medicaid Services. I wish I could say good things about the people running this show but can’t. Their soo nice to get your family member in the facility and once they’re there it all changes. ☹️
