I was at thus store on 12-19-23. I saw the worst customer service. A driver was struggling with a delivery and none of the employees helped her with the door. I saw a older customer help her. Now does that make any sense???? And one of the employees was a man.

Friendly staff but terribly slow technology. I had to wait awhile due to their slow email system.

Great customer service. Had some stuff printed while on the road. Realized later that some things had been misprinted. Called and they fixed the order and shipped it to me. Would recommend.

I visited this location to ship an item per my customer's request. I was told that they didn't have the box size needed, but it was able to be shipped. They sent me to another location 30 min away and assured me they could help me no problem. That was definitely not the case. I'm out about 2 hours of time overall and about $20 in gas because they didn't tell me the truth. Definitely not happy with my service. This was my first visit to FedEx in over 10 years after having a very poor experience at the Bedford Park location. Shame on me for giving them another chance. The entire company is a lost cause.
