Terrible! me and my friend went to go to game stop around 6:30pm it says the place closed at 8:00pm and the open sign was still on. We try to open the door but the door was locked and we couldnt get in. There was no sign that was up that said they closed early or if they were on break. I even checked their own hours on the store door and it says till 8:00pm. Why close your doors when you say you are supposed to be open. Never going back there. If hours change you have to let people know.

They have the best store manager in the world! Always super friendly and helpful! Store is always organized and clean.

They go above and beyond to help out customers. My son just started collecting Pokmon cards and they showed us the ropes and helped us get the best price matched prices. Love this store!

Sorry but I cant let this one fly On or about 2:45pm on 2/13/23 the younger male employee took it upon himself to disrespect my brother, who was looking at a box which he was CLEARLY GOING TO BUY. . . Some people need education in the arts of human interaction. Im a vet also it isnt the issue here. My brother lets himself get walked over sometimes, but the fact that this country, we have lost values like friendly small conversation while making purchases. Instead the kid wanted to be confrontational and shout across the GameStop at my brother. I feel bad for the coworker I am assuming that has to deal with him all day. Generally speaking it is a decent interaction when I go to this establishment. I am not going to let these practices of unfriendliness and pettiness towards customers, ESPECIALLY THE ONES who would die for you, affect my brother. He went there to shop and was excited to get a T150 wheel so him and I could race on Gran Turismo. Weve been saving VA disability to get some gaming rigs together. YOU WERE SO PETTY YOU DID NOT ASK FOR THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE PRO REWARDS YOU EGO CASE! GameStop, get on this. We as veterans are disrespected as it is already, and as people weve already had enough of it. Stop cultivating a toxic work environment. Not going to this one again.
