        Made an appointment for 1:00 and wasn't serviced until 1:20. Customer service was not helpful, many things out of stock and for things in stock, they seemed to be annoyed that I wanted my fiance to try things on. They did not give options or help when I was confused about our options. Ex. had to take a jacket off a mannequin to try on but was still wearing outside clothes and had to ask for other pieces of an outfit. Never explained or gave prices for anything. Going to another location, very confusing and unwelcoming experience
