Im so happy that I was referred to Melissa by my realtor. She was very attentive and gave thorough responses to my questions. She is very professional and detail oriented. After bidding on 5 homes, my 6th offer on a home was approved and it was mostly due to the fact that Melissa was listed as my mortgage lender and she has a great reputation. We worked with Melissa to purchase our new house in the Western Burbs this past month, and we could NOT have asked for anyone better to go alongside us on this wild journey. I connected with her via our realtor back in August, and right away Melissa exuded professionalism and was extremely personable, which are two things that made the lending and closing process less stressful than I had previously expected it to be.
